my name is Lina Benzan and I'm a Rental Specialist. Every day, I help people
like you find the best match for their rental needs here in Fort Lauderdale and
the surrounding areas. If you're searching for a rental property, let's get
started today!
My services are free to you, “The Renter", because
I get paid by the owner of the rental property.
Here is how it
works:
You Tell Me What You're Looking For. Once you let me know...
- How much you can afford to spend per month
on a rental?
- The Area where you want to
live?
- The date you want to move in?
- Is there a specific type of property you
are looking for? Single Family Home - Town House - Condo - Apartment complex
-etc?
- Do you have any special wants or needs?
Pets - Pool - Dock - Gym - Extra Parking -Beach Access - No Stairs - etc?
I will do all the work for you, locating the
available rentals that match your search.
When I find properties that
fit your criteria, I will email you pictures and descriptions to review. If you
decide that you want to go see the property, then I will set up an appointment
to show it to you.
When you find the property that you like, I will
do the following:
- Get you all of the paperwork that you need
to complete the application and credit checks.
- Get your deposit money and application fees
secured, safe and to the right people (protect your money).
- Get all of the paperwork submitted to the
owner/agent and property/condo management personnel.
- Follow through with the appropriate
personnel on your behalf (calling them every day to make sure they don forget
you).
- Once approved, I will get the paperwork
finalized from all parties.
- Set up the move in time and your
walk-through inspections.
- Make sure you are getting the best deal
possible. (not getting taken advantage off)
