After graduating from the University of Arizona with a BS in Business Administration & Finance, I launched my career with one of the nation’s top home builders, eventually supervising the construction of well over 500 homes.
I left the national home building industry to build custom homes, where I established one of the premier high-end custom home builders serving Washington DC and the exclusive Northern Virginia market. The company received several awards for unique design and innovation, staffing two full time architects.
Early in my real estate career I gained extensive knowledge in zoning, subdivision and home construction. Later I concentrated my time on sales, marketing and finance. I have worked with and consulted builders, bankers, private investors, and individual homeowners in all aspects of the residential real estate market for the past 25 years.
I live in Fort Lauderdale and have worked with many of the areas fine builders and developers, managing a loan portfolio for a privately held lender in excess of $40,000,000. I am the owner and president of Florida Realty Mgmt. Inc., serving the investment community and individuals in real estate transactions.
